Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once when an appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
**Refunds & Service Guarantee**
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
We proudly stand behind our work. If you experience an issue with your nails within 5 days of your appointment, we will provide a complimentary adjustment.
• Matte gel finishes and broken natural nails are not covered under our guarantee.
• All adjustments are subject to review and approval by your service provider.
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
A 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to all card transactions. Applicable sales tax will be added to all services and retail purchases.
