For guests who prefer a natural look, we offer our Bare Manicure or Bare Pedicure, which includes nail and cuticle care without polish. Cancellation Policy
Late arrival -
if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and your service provider determines there is not enough time to complete the service, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the applicable fee will apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling -
We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations & no-shows: A 100% charge of the scheduled service price will apply
Deposits -
May be transferred if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Refunds & Service Guarantee -
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services.
Guarantee: We proudly stand behind our work. If you experience any issues with your nails within 5 days, we will provide a complimentary fix.
• Exclusions: Matte gel finishes and broken natural nails are not covered.
• All claims will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of your service provider
Guest Policy -
For the comfort and relaxation of all clients, no children or extra guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service
Payment transactions using a card have a 3.5% convince fee. As any business, tax is added.
