Late arrival - if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and your service provider determines there is not enough time to complete the service, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the applicable fee will apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling - We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations within 48 hours: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged. • Same-day cancellations & no-shows: A 100% charge of the scheduled service price will apply Deposits - All deposits are non-refundable.
